"Rare and forbidden decays in the standard model"
The talk will be about a basic intro to the standard model, the accelerator and BaBar detector at SLAC, and her analysis - looking for rare (D0->e+e- and D0->mu+mu-) and forbidden (D0->e+-mu-+) decays.
It is the goal of UCR SPS to mould its members in the ideals of strength, leadership, integrity, discipline, service and stewardship, honor and passion for learning that all who take part in this great organization today grow to become the leaders of tomorrow.
