Project progress report:

I’ve chosen to work on this topic as my CS234 project:

Geneexpression analysis.

 

2/28/08: I've found and downloaded the package which is neede to build a graph out of a matrix in R. I ve also found some interactive software which can do sucg a thing(I mean networking). 3/4/08: I created the pearson correlation coeficient matrix for gene_expression data. 3/13/08: The adjacency matrix and the related graph of the small sub-set of data were built and degrees were calculated.
